By using Ally, you agree that Ally may save and analyse the data you choose to provide. You agree that Ally may use conversational data obtained through your live chat or your answers to the chatbot questions for the sole purpose of improving the chatbot and its content and technology. Ally will never disclose the source of user data to a third party or use it for any reason other than to improve the operations of our product.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 (the Act), the data controller is Ned Mortimer, an employee of Ally Chatbot Ltd of 68 Wolsey Road, Northwood, England, HA6 2EH, a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 10879177.

Storage of data

Although we will take reasonable steps to protect your data, transmission of information by the Internet is not always secure. As such, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the chatbot.
